Holiday Inn London - Regent'S Park By Ihg, London

I had a mixed experience at Holiday Inn Regent's Park. On the plus side, the event I organized was supported exceptionally well by the staff, particularly Silvia, Philip, and Rahul. The location was central and convenient for our needs. However, my personal stay was disappointing due to issues with the room and service. The check-in process was frustrating, and the room was not up to par for the price we paid.

I had a lovely overnight stay at the hotel, which was clean and well-kept. The staff were polite and helpful. I appreciated having a late check-out and the breakfast was delightful. However, I noticed that the dining area was quite busy during breakfast hours, which made it a bit hectic.
